LAGER WATERMELON PUNCH

Ingredients

• 1 large seedless watermelon

• 2 tablespoons sugar

• 1 (12 ounce) can frozen limeade

• 4 (12 ounce) bottles light lager

• 8 ounces cherry vodka

1. Remove and discard the rind of the watermelon and roughly chop the fruit into 2-inch pieces.

2. Place the watermelon in a food processor and pulse until liquefied. Pour through a mesh strainer to remove the pulp. Discard the pulp and repeat the process until the whole watermelon has been blended. You should end up with roughly 6 cups of watermelon juice.

3. Add sugar and frozen limeade to the juice and stir until dissolved. Refrigerate until ready to use.

4. When ready to serve, transfer the juice to a large pitcher. Add light lager and cherry vodka and stir to combine. Serve over ice.
